- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any content you provide to Markten Digital for use in your campaigns.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms for Services will be agreed upon in writing in a separate Service Agreement for each project. This may include upfront payments, milestone-based payments, or retainer agreements.
Late payments may be subject to late fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Markten Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property rights created by us during the course of providing Services. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, concepts, designs, and creative materials.
You will own all intellectual property rights to the content you provide to Markten Digital for use in your campaigns.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Markten Digital provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Services.
Markten Digital does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from your marketing campaigns.

Markten Digital is not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
